Therapy for Relationships
I am a sex therapist who focuses on couples, sexuality, and family systems, helping couples and families navigate relational dynamics. I assist couples in creating and strengthening their shared language, as well as developing new vocabulary and communication skills. My training includes working with issues related to desire, intimacy, infidelity, conflict management, and parenting.
I support couples in establishing relational agreements, processing unresolved trauma, and navigating neurodiversity and mental health together. I have experience working with interracial, interfaith, and multicultural families.
Additionally, I work with families to address topics such as adoption, mental health, queerness, and disability. I have experience working with gay men, heterosexual couples, lesbian couples, and queer couples, as well as those in monogamous, swinging, and non-monogamous relationships.
I also offer weekend intensives for partners looking to strengthen their connection, rebuild trust after an affair, or navigate a recent crisis together.
If you are interested in working with me, please fill out this form, and I will reach back out with some times for an intake session: forms.gle/afZs6tF5zogMVjLk6
